This was the 1st Technical round. The interviewer greeted me and introduced himself, he had 16 years of experience in the firm and was working with the data and analytics team. At this point of time I was a bit nervous.
Then he asked me to introduce myself and we had a conversation about my how i was spending my time at home, hobbies, etc..
It helped me ease out.

Then he moved on to the questions.
Questions were asked on data science, statistics, ML algorithms, some basic oop concept and some python coding questions regarding various functions( map, lambda, etc).
He was very much interested in one of my projects on pattern recognition, asked me a few questions on it.
Then he asked if i had any questions for him.
I asked about the work the data and analytics team does in the firm.
He answered all of my queries in detail.
The interviewer was helpful and friendly.
