What is the Advanced Certification in GenAI for Non-tech Professionals?

This is a 6-month online certification by IITM Pravartak, TIH IIT Madras and Coding Ninjas, designed to help non-tech professionals master practical GenAI tools across marketing, HR, project management, content creation, data analysis, and more. You’ll build 10+ real-world projects, learn prompt engineering, AI content creation, data-driven decision-making, and workflow automation—no coding required.

What is the duration and mode of the program?

The program runs for 6 months and is delivered 100% online in English, with expert-led sessions and real-time support. You’ll need a laptop and stable internet connection.

Who is eligible to enroll in this program?

Anyone with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline is eligible. No prior technical background or coding knowledge is required. However the program is best suited for working professionals from non-technical domains (e.g., Human Resources (HR),Marketing & Content, Operations & Administration, Customer Support & Service Delivery, Project & Program Management, Learning & Development (L&D), Business Strategy & Planning) who want to upskill in the latest advancements in Generative AI.

What are the completion requirements for certification?

To qualify for certification, you must: Attend at least 70% of the classes and Score a minimum of 70% in problems, assessments, case studies, and projects

What is the refund policy?

You can request a full refund within 7 days of the batch start date. No refunds or loan cancellations will be processed after that. For example, if your batch starts on the 10th, you can request a refund until the 16th.

Will I be required to visit the IITM campus?

No. Campus visits for orientation, convocation, or immersion are optional. If you choose to attend, you’ll need to cover your own travel and accommodation costs.
