No. Your profile is not yet highlighted, your profile is eligible to get highlighted.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Next, you need to update your Naukri profile as per the above mentioned rules, and once you do that (which will be recognised by automated systems), then your profile will be highlighted on Naukri.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  1. You will start seeing improvement in profile performance which is measured by \u201cSearch appearances\u201d & \u201cRecruiter Actions\u201d. You can see your profile performance by logging your Naukri profile & visiting this link – https:\/\/www.naukri.com\/mnjuser\/performance<\/span><\/a>

    \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>b. Recruiter Actions – How many times recruiters are viewing & downloading your profile

    • Yes. Lot of it depends on how your profile is performing. one major parameter is your activity on the platform. If you become inactive then your profile will have high chances of being removed.<\/span><\/li>
